Change Surface Degree

Hi all,

Attached a component making use of the _ChangeDegree command for surfaces in Rhino.

Hey Tom,

I was looking for the Rhinocommon option but didn't manage to find the IncreaseDegree -> thanks! (Rebuild() i was aware about but not what i was after)
