algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Sand Dune facade

Hi I'm new to grasshopper and trying to create a facade with a sand dune sort of pattern ,very similar to foster & partners' UAE building at the Milan Expo 2015 (attached an image below)...any suggestions as to how i should go about this as I'm rather stuck?  Thanks

Seems quite simple, see directional reaction diffusion, but here with a lot of directionality !!
