algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Grid of parallelepipeds with attractors

Hi! 

I'm designing a pavilion based on an array of parallelepipeds with "islands" where the density and height of the elements decreases creating circular empty spaces.

I made it to the point of creating the grid and connect it with attractors, my question is...

How can I program the grid to have the elements of the perimeter at the maximum height and make that the decrease rate of the attractors to be more pronounced.

I attach the definition along with some photos of my progress... any help is well received :)

Just one more thing... how can I set the maximum height for the element at the perimeter?
