Can you post the rhino file that has your geometry?

Already got it! thanks...may i close this post?

I only use a area with center point of geometry and then rotate with a random ( domain 0-360 ) 

It works fine! It was finally very simple.

If someone still what it ( rhino file) i can post the files tomorrow at the office, just ask for it.
