algorithmic modeling for Rhino
Hi guys,
I have trying to create a ceiling and wall like the attached image and I have written a simple script but not the answer though. I have also attached the model( the curve over ceiling and wall ) looking to have the plywood structure.
Thank you

Why grasshopper ? There are not much parametric, except the placement of point of departure of plywood. After that some split, trim, cut in Rhino will do the job. So have you an idea how to put the placement in x, z ? Special placement with shifts ? Some scale of plywood depending on the height ... ?
you mean to use commands like flow along form, or maybe paneling tools?
thank you
the plywood are all parallel and same thickness.
(I understand that the length must be adjusted so they are contained between red surfaces and the wall) yes exactly right.
see the model and sketch, indeed close to the ceiling woods follow the curve line but in the lower part they are randomly larger and smaller I want to have them as display surface for cell phone
thank you
I can propose you that
back center of shelves are on rectangular grid, but it could be whatever you want
just put other points on point component
Shelves go perpandiular to the back wall, but you can change the direction if you want.
I put some randomness on length and with with grassmapper to change it. Here more random on low height.
