algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Simple orientation

Hi there,

I have a circle which i have divided an have put Hframes on each point.  What I want to know in is how to get the all the hframes to face into the circle rather than all having the same orientation?

Like this? Just divide with hframes, not with points.

Note the y axis (green) is pointing towards the centre.
