Loading Kangaroo onto Grasshopprt

Hello Grasshopper community, I have a question for you

If you could view the two images I attached, One of them (titled: video) is a shot I got from a youtube tutorial. As you can see Kangaroo is showing all the categories and sub-categories. However, the other image is shot from my interface (titled: mine) where I can only see two sub-categories that do not even have the components I need.

Now I did everything I needed to, I pasted the DLL and RPH files into grasshopper components file and unblocked them , but something seems to be still missing.

Hi Roaa, the Kangaroo used in Video.png is the old Kangaroo (i.e. up to Kangaroo Physics 0.099) and the one in Mine.png is the new Kangaroo (Kangaroo 2.0 and above). As you can see in the release notes, Kangaroo 2 is a "complete rewrite of the solver & all components". You therefore cannot mix the two force/goal types or solvers. Best, Anders
