unwanted repeated extrusion in same location

Hey Guys

One small problem with my simple script that i haven't been able to work out for the past hour. 

Basically im using a point attractor to set the height on extrudes squares.

The extrusion works fine however in one of the corners of the field it repeats the cube 10,000 times as shown.

 

Is there somewhere in the script in particular i need to flatten or otherwise?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hey Mohamed, thanks for the response.

However the new script seems to only extrude the same way no matter where the point is. meaning say for example you are looking at it from one way the right side will always be lowest and the right side always tallest, no matter where the point is.

I require it to be the same as in my script where the squares closest to the point attractor are extruded the most. 

All was working well in mine besides the doubling up of geometry.

Would you know what to do there?
