Help ! Orienting geometry tangent to surface

Hello,

I made a surface, divided it and set squares on each division placed on their center. I would like to orient these squares tangent to the surface. It's frustrating because there is a normal component in surface divide but i can't figure out how to get the squares to be oriented tangent to the surface even though i can display all the vectors... Maybe my whole method is wrong, any tips or help would be greatly appreciated !  Here is my file and a pic :

You just have to use the Orient component and feed it the Rectangle, a Reference Plane and a Target Plane
