Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

In the example file attached, I try to turn a group of 259 brep surfaces into one single mesh with 259 faces.

However, I got the following problems:

1. there are two faces in some of the meshes converted from a single brep

2. there are more than 259 faces in the single mesh created using the workflow show below.

May I ask what important step I may have missed here?

Thank you!

The most frustrating thing is that depending on the proportion of the brep surfaces, the same workflow can produce a mesh with different number of faces:

I am not sure why there are extra vertices in some of the converted meshes without knowing more about the referenced brep, but a clean rebuild of the input brep will fix the problem.

Thanks, Jacob. Actually, the breps are created parametrically using GH native components.

I'm not sure what is causing this issue...

Hope you can kindly advise.
