How to invert the order of a distance list, to go from the maximum values to the minimum

Hi! 

Im trying to divide different surfaces depending on their distance to a certain point. The idea is that as the surface gets closer to the point the subdivition increases. I tried to sort the distance values to go from the max to the min, but that still doesnt affect the values, and hence the subdivision. Attached there are images showing what is happening, that I want to invert and the other one of how I tried to solve it.

Any ideas?  Thanks!

try reversing the domain in the remap
