What means this: "1. Solution exception:index out of range: 9"

The range is the capability list, from-to positions of data, if the list has five elements then: 0, 1, 2, 3, 4. If you access the list with a lower index of 0 or greater than the size of the collection (>4), will come that exception.

But does the number, in my case 10 ("1. Solution exception:index out of range: 10"), mean anything?
