Voronoi MDF wall perforation issue

Hello everyone. I have a project i'm trying to make. It's composed of the statue that is recomposed from 10mm MDF sections and the Voronoi frame behind it. The frame is made out of voronoi tessellations. In front i have clear tessellations while in the back i offseted and filleted the tessellation and then lofted both of them to remove from the 20mm MDF sheet.

I'm having two issues with the frame that i couldn't sort out. 

1 - I have two holes that are twisted. As i don't master the sets very well i couldn't solve it.

2 - For the loft, the only solution i found was rebuilding the curve from segments but this is changing the clear voronoi in front

Could someone please help me with these two issues?
