Rapid prototyping contract for Architect / fabricator

I am doing a lot of digital design in grasshopper and rhino where I create a digital model and send the digital model to a fabricator to use his cnc processes to fabricate rather than the old school method of drawing every shape fully dimensioned and issuing construction documents only for the contractor to ask me for the digital files anyway. I am trying to skip the intermediate step and just make the digital file part of the contract documents in the first place. I want to find a contract language possibly from the American Institute of Architects or another source that clearly enumerates the responsibilities of the parties; Architect and Fabricator. Does anyone know of such a document for this digital fab method of building?

There is an new AIA document for providing digital fabrication files:

C106™–2007 Digital Data Licensing Agreement
C106–2007 serves as a licensing agreement between two parties who otherwise have no existing licensing agreement for the use and transmission of digital data, including instruments of service. C106–2007 defines digital data as information, communications, drawings, or designs created or stored for a specific project in digital form. C106–2007 allows one party to (1) grant another party a limited non-exclusive license to use digital data on a specific project, (2) set forth procedures for transmitting the digital data, and (3) place restrictions on the license granted. In addition, C106–2007 allows the party transmitting digital data to collect a licensing fee for the recipient’s use of the digital data.
