CLOSED CURVE DIVISION TO BE SYMETRICAL

Hi all, i am newborn baby to grasshopper. I want to ask you guys about how to move starting point division of closed curve to desired point, since i want to divide the closed curved symMetrically(as JPEG attached).

"Seam" component would be useful in this case. Best.
