Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

I made the lines with using Voronoi and cylinder.
I would like to make it as a solid or mesh like the picture at the very bottom. (I guess the solid is better for low size file, since I would save it as an .iges format which is pretty light)
However, for an intersection (I checked with a star), there are a little cavity and few overlapped areas by the cylinders. So, when I save it as an .iges file, the overlapped areas become a bad geometry.
Some guys here made many examples for me, but most of them are too complicated that my computer cannot make it. Especially, Cocoon mesh was a great tool, but it doesn't work with a larger sample due to low ram of 8gb. (My company cannot afford me more... sigh...)
Well, can I eliminate the overlapped and cavitated geometry ?
