galapagos problem

hello every body i am using galapagos but after one day that i started solver it does not show any thing and galapagos page is white.i do not know what to do

Hi Sepide,

It's rather difficult to guess what is the problem without seeing the definition or the *.gh file itself.

Does galapagos work on a different, simple problem?

no it is a tall building with diagrid structure
