different material and cross section

hello.i am analyzing a diagrid structure and its floor in karamba.i have defined for diagrid structure and floors lin to beam component seperaetly because i want to define different cross section for each of them .but when i input these to assemble and analyze them displacements are very larg number i think it doesnt understand these two parts are together.please help me thank you
