algorithmic modeling for Rhino
Hy,
it passed maybe one year since the last post about creating closed polylines, so the problem is that the process take a long time to create polylines, actually it freezes on a bit larger number of lines?
So is there maybe another way to do this with joining lines together?
This is how it would look like:
Copy all lines (exploded lines) just once, because two touching polygons have one common line between them that needs to be cloned as other lines.
Can this be somehow done by fixing direction of curves to be able to join in right (circular) way?
Thanks.

Hy, i don't know is this works, sound like manual work, and with planar shapes (not non planar).
I tried this but looks like it doesn't work.
So i added a file with example how it should be done.
If your lines are touching, you can use Weaverbird's Mesh from Lines, or, in Rhino WIP, the _MeshFromLines Rhino command.
I hope this helps,
Giulio
