algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Creating Srf / Mesh out of series of crvs

Hi All,

I'm trying to create a "mound" or land form out of a single closed crv. However, I can't seem to get a closed srf or mesh. (See image)

Does anyone know how to maybe sweep or loft these crvs?
