algorithmic modeling for Rhino

I have a Helix which I have identified points along the helix curve. I would like to connect each point to the adjacent point in the helix revolution to create a triangulated bracing.

I have tried to connect them using a Deluaney Edge but I cannot control which points are connecting to eachother.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Have you got any files or screenshots you can post on this?

I would like to connect point 0 to 29. 29 to 1. 1 to 30. 30 to 2. etc. as to make a zig zag or triangles.

Perhaps the principle of a method.

Thanks for the definition!

I was able to accomplish what I was looking for with proximity 3d. Though I may use the one you provided as well.

Thanks again.

Here's another one for you. I used a combination of the intersection tools, greater than t, and cull pattern to find the starting point of the next loop of the helix. Then shift lists to get the sequence of the points for input to the line component.

Danny and Chris, I can't thank you enough for the help. Really appreciated!

Cheers!

Thanks again!
