Split Mesh into separate UV-Lists

Hey,

Any ideas how to split a Mesh to get the separate lists of U-Curves and V-Curves?

I need to get all the lines between several points on the edges of a Mesh as shown in the attached photo. 

Any ideas?

Hi.

You won't be able to apply this definition to every other mesh cases.
