Ladybug geometry for analysis(Could you make it to not self obstruct?)

I want to run the analysis with ladybug for multiple consecutive horizontal planes. To get the sunlight values at different heights which would form the structure. But those planes are obstructing one another from sunlight. Would it be possible to avoid that? And have obstruction only from context geometry?

Solved... All you gotta do is graft the geometry then it doesn't obstruct itself. By that I mean it runs the script for each geometry individually. Might be obvious to a lot of people, but couldn't find it through search.

Well it's still messed up I can't seem to get sunlight hour analysis result in branches of geometry, anyone has an idea how could I do it?

Ok so getting same ammount of points through de meshing the sunlight mesh and getting their centroids. Then shifting path and Unflattening the tree according to that list seemed to do the trick fingers crossed that both of the lists are in order. Will report back
