Shatter + Line Culling

Hi all, I'm so frustrated with the shatter component, maybe this just isn't possible. 

I'm trying to remove all the lines except for what is inside the brep. I thought I could shatter at points of intersection, and then extract midpoints, and then test for inclusion to cull the outside ones away. What am I doing wrong?? Thank you so much!!

What went wrong is your shatter component's "t" input. You'll need "Curve Closest Point".
