Alignment of extruded profile

Hi Y'all!

I have been experimenting on an architectural model and wanted to make a skript for a glass facade with steel posts. I successfully made a gh-script for a simplified display by extruding pipes along curves. Now somebody at University came up with another script, (possibly downloaded from this site: proExtrude) trying to extrude squares. I initially chose pipes because I knew I´d never succeed to script an alignment for rectangular profiles. Anyway heres the result so far:

As you can see, the posts are aligned by no specific pattern, but they should rotate to... what is it..."half-the-angle-of-the-nearest-two-underlying-surfaces". That should also resolve the problem with the ugly junctions...

Hi Roland,

While you're looking at StructDrawRhino, you can see my take on providing functionality on sweeping.

I've attached an example model, in quickly creating it I see I hadn't overloaded the orientation input with the functionality I've done for structural analysis models. When I upload the next build, the components grouped will be able to be bypassed and simply link the surface into the orientation input. The components explain the process the code in my plugin will do. You can use any profile curve if you wish, and if it's square or rectangular, simply leave the thickness value as zero. You can also access many standard profile sections using strings containing the title.
