@it fails to import file

error: "1. Solution exception:Could not load file or assembly 'DotSpatial.Data, Version=1.7.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=c29dbf30e059ca9d' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified."

I have already made sure @it was unblocked, as well as the file I'm trying to assign, and I'm still getting the same error. I'm running @it_v2.3, from grasshopper, from a 64-bit Rhino 5, that is running as administrator, that is on Windows 7, running on bootcamp, on a Mac. I feel like I've tried everything here to fix the issue.
