algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Need help in making the edges parallel to the xy plane

Hi folks.

I need help making the edges of the fins parallel to the XY plane. 

The shape is governed by a few graph mappers and i need help making the bottom and top edges of each fin parallel to the XY plane.

Please help me.
