algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hi, I have problem with Join function.

Hi I am making a book shelf. 

I began with Rectangle and subtracted one line from 4 lines by using 'Cull Index'

After this, joined remained lines to offset.

To make a closed curve, I drew lines between the joined line and the line from offset by using 'End points', but after Joining everything, it's separated 2 lines. 

Can anyone check this? Thank you.

Just try to flatten Join Curves's "C" input. Best.
