list management fix

Hello all! I am working on a definition that essentially needs to take a list and create a series of polylines, with the first polyline being created from the set of (0) refrenced points in each list, followed by a polyline from the (1) refrenced points, (2), (3), (4) and so on.  For example in the case below, I would like there to be 4 polylines created from the given sets of points.  How can I do this without calling out each list item, one by one, and then having x number of polyline components copied and pasted?
