HELP PAVILLION

Hello, I am a beginner in Grasshopper, I was wondering if anyone has any idea how to construct this double skin pavilion. and create same hexagonal openings with central circular openings along two catenaries.

Hi Yasmine

What you are looking at is far more complex than just simple loft between polygons. The weave on the polygon is an emergent pattern derived from the stress lines that formed within the shell. Are you just interested in the geometry?

Thank you for your reply. I'm trying to construct the catanary then divide the surface into irregular hexagons. then create the perforations whose radius changes depending on an image sampler, then offset surface to create the double surface and finally add the filament module to each hexagon. does that work?

I am having trouble with constructing a similar catanary already.Your help is greatly appreciated
