solid cross section

hi

i'm a beginner in karmaba 

i just purchased a pro licence

i wonder how i can create solid cross sections like rectangular solid beam ( wood) or solid  circle cross section ( rod ) 

as far as i get most of the selections in karamba are hallow cross sections .
