Map to surface problem

Hi guys,

I'm trying to map a triangular grid on to a polygonal loft surface. The problem is that the result of the loft is actually a Brep, so when I transform it into a surface it actually comes out in 8 surfaces. I believe that this is the problem why the mapping doesn't work properly. 

Any ideas how to solve the problem? Thanks in advance!
