Connecting Lines from Iterations of Hoopsnake

Hi All,
I'm new so this is probably an easy answer for most... I think it's a data tree issue, still trying to get better at managing branches. 

I'm trying to connect the points of each iteration in Hoopsnake, so for 5 iterations I'm trying to get interpolated curves between each group of 5 points. 

I've been trying various combinations of grafting and reorganizing to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

P.S. This was from a really great tutorial by Kristof Crolla about flocking and boids behavior, if you're new you should check it out!
