algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hello,

I would need to create rectangles using center points and orient them using existing polygons.

Using the selected points (in blue) i would to create smaller rectangles (similar to the the little one in the middle point). The smaller rectangles are a scaled version of the bigger ones. I would like to create ordinary rectangles from the blue points that would be oriented in the same direction as the smaller ones.

Well, i couldnt create constrain, transform, orient, a rectangle starting from the points on the curve...

So i just did a very strange thing until i got (almost) what i needed...

I used the scaled version of my initial rectangles, extracted the edges, offset them separetly so i could loft a new version of it. Then i duplicated it and move it using the edge vectors.

Thank you guys for your help! I guess im learning even when nobody answers.

I hope someone could still benefit from my files.

Cheers ! :)

Here is a simpler version. I actually succeded in Orient function!

Its when you redo things, that you learn :)
