Ladybug raytracing, rays are not penetrating into the space

I have a very simple model of a room and want to do raytracing analysis and see the effect of shading. For some reason, the rays are not penetrating through the transparent windows. I am not sure if I need to assign a particular material to windows (I have done and it did not work though), or if it's a problem with the zone that can not recognize the windows. Although I am using the same model for other daylight analysis and it works well.
In addition, I have two horizontal louvers that have different angles. I have assigned two values for the shdAngle, but it will changes both louvers angles to the second number I assign.
Thanks,
Roya

1. Ladybug doesn't detect the materials. Leave the area for window empty.

2. Sounds like a data management mistake.

3. Open a discussion in Ladybug+Honeybee group instead of general Grasshopper discussions if you have follow up questions.
