Importing KML data from Google LocationHistory into Grasshopper

Hello is there any possibilitie to import kml-data into grasshopper to generate

a route with this data?

The goal is to generate out of the kml (or json) points on a map.
Any suggestions?

Get the kml file
Rename the file to .xml
From excel 2007(and up) go to Data > From Other Sources > From XML Data Source
Import into excel (Excel will prompt that it can't find the schema and will try to make it by it's own, accept it).

There's a variety of add-on that import excel data to GH for the next steps.

In case that you are familiar with C#:

Thanks for your reply!

I found also another solution: Route converter for windows - it converts the gprs data into decimal data and after copying this data into an txt file you can quickly bring it into gh.
(also with date and timecode)
