algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hey people,

currently I'm developing a set of components using VisualStudio and C#.
I quess, this is a allready answered question, but I cant find any info. I can imagine no other keywords.

Is someone out there who can give me some advices to implement the shown behaviour of the component: the black flag under it.
Is there an Interface to implement or an override wich I have to use?
or a link? or a keyword?

I tried to override
 - AppendMenuItems(ToolStripDropDown menu)
 - AppendAdditionalMenuItems(ToolStripDropDown menu)

without any luck.

Thanks in advance
aloha,
Mark

Pieter,
hey,

Another question, is there a way to control the (background)color of the Message(box) ?
Let's say, to indicate a custom preview-color?

greets Mark

Nope, not unless you draw the component from scratch. The colour of the message is derived from the palette of the component capsule.

Ok...
Thanks...
I think a do not want to draw this from scratch ;) sound hard-to-do-stuff.

it would be nice to have some kind of simple mechanism to indicate such thing.
Anyways, david, thanks for ur great work...
