Find and Replace Data Remap

We have a stream of data with 3 indices per branch. There are always pairs of numbers that match each other across different branches. We need to find these matching pairs and give them an unique number. So if there is 4 matching pairs they would get a 1,2,3,4 and so on. It is fine to reorder this list as long as it is remapped back to the original order. 

We created an example of the type of data we have, disregard how it is created.
