Attractor parameters and extrusions.

Hi all. I know enough grasshopper to be dangerous but I've run into a problem while working on a script for building louvers.
Currently all of the louvers on each level are effected by an attractor point. I would like to be able to control the amount of louvers that are effected. I tried doing this by listing and selecting the closest points to the attractor but I haven't quite figured it out yet. My listing attempt is at the top of the script.
The other problem that I'm having is when i move my base curve vertically the extrusions don't move up as well. The scaled rectangles will move but not the rectangles. Any help there would be appreciated

Hi.

I'm not sure this is what you are after, you can control attractor's influence range and base curve height.

Red parts are my additions.
