Problems installing and removing gh plugins

Hello world !

It's not the first time I'm installing gh plugins but this time it doesn't work...

I've downloaded the "quelea" gha file and the "custom graph mapper" user object. I put them in the right directory, the gh library and the user object folder, right click to unblock them but when i unload and reload grasshopper nothing new is appearing into the gh toolbars. Maybe i'm missing something ?

One week ago, i clean up my grasshopper libraries, i had too much plugins that i don't use all the time so i removed the gha files and the user object files but i still have the fabtool toolbar which is empty. How can i remove it ?
