algorithmic modeling for Rhino

I've been working a little while on this script that I saw my teacher did back then, It was something like an bunch of boxes exploding something like this:

or this (the quick render from his script)

Basically these polygons will be rotating randomly, sized randomly in a certain boundary.

Here is the script that I've been working on. I replaced the boxes with voronoids like he did to make it more interesting. However, I can't seem to reach the result right...I think I'm missing something here, would love some help here.

Thanks in advance.

Your Rhino file is empty, no need to post that.

You need to randomize the direction of the rotation axis.  You can do this after the 'Orient' component you have or use 'Orient Direction' and supply a random vector as the 'dB (Target direction)' input.

Then you can color them based on volume - look at this code which has an example of 'color by area':

The curves are hidden
Thanks hmm that might just work, I'll test it as I get in touch with a comp

Curves are internalized, no need for Rhino file.  The distribution of sizes wouldn't be quite as great if they all started at the same size, like the boxes?

Right-click on the 'Gene Pool' sliders box for some randomize options.
