algorithmic modeling for Rhino
Hi all,
I'm working on a project which requires me the following:
I have a panel that says True or False. When it says True I want the component after it to be enabled, When it's False I want the component after it to be disabled. Is this in any way possible?
Thanks in advance, in hope for a response!

Hello Remy,
using stream gate component could be a solution for this.though it will not enable disable the following component, but stream or not data from the previous, according to the true false panel, resulting a following component to work normally, with data, or an orange one without any input.
best,
alex
Thank you for the quick response Alex.
I see what you mean and i tried it, but indeed it doesn't fully work the way i like it to be.
Could you think of another way?
The project in short: inserted text is being matched by a database of words, these will give a True or False result. Eventually, everytime that the result is True, a curved should be visible. If it's False, the curves should not be visible.
Thanks,
Remy
so when its true preview component receives data so it works, and when false it doesn't so it stays orange without displaying anything.
that's the best i can think of without a file to look at.
best
alex
