Radial offset

Hi everyone,

I have a set of lines generated by projecting a radial grid onto a surface.
What I need to do is offset those lines by a fixed distance following the direction of the grid lines.

I tried by defining a vector for each grid line direction and create a plane from it, but I am struggling in assign the correct plane to the correct grid line to achieve the offset (not sure I explained clearly enough).

Is there any way to resolve this without going into scripting?
