algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Need some helping mapping geometry to a hexagonal grid

I am having trouble as to how I can duplicate and rotate the intersection shape ( RED and Green line in rhino) to all the end point of the hexagon. I am not sure how to map it to the points since there are 2 separate geometries that is intended to be rotated independently. Any help and feedback will be deeply appreciated!
