surfaces chamfering and filletting?

is there a way of chamfering or fileting two surfaces, like the commands in rhino? also, why there aren't available simple operations between curves and surfaces (like the fillet or chamfer), or other commands in rhino, as components in grashopper?? wouldn't be very handy if someone could drag and drop a rhino command and convert it into grasshopper component?
why to have to right a complicate grasshopper definition just to emulate a simple rhino command???

Hi idtasos,

Fillet and Chamfer isn't available in Grasshopper because it isn't available in our SDK. We'd like to expose these methods as public functions for Rhino5, but it will take some work and they're not top priority.

How would one "drag and drop a Rhino command"?

David, i made those thoughts because i have these two planar surfaces in a distance (vertical between them) and i try to figure out a way to extend and trim them like in chamfer or fillet commands. I am not at all into scripting and programming (unfortunately!!!) and i am working on my thesis almost entirely in grasshopper, trying to build parametrically a multipurpose pavillion. So i really apologise for becoming so passionate and demanding about grasshopper!

For instance i would like to convert a grasshopper definition into a component with inputs and outputs, muck like macro programming, easily and not having to learn scripting for which i don't have the time for now.

Another wish is the help window (left click) to include an example.

I basically stopped writing help topics a while ago because I really loathe current system. I'll need to come up with something better and I'll make sure that there will be example files as well.
