numbering of dots

Hello everybody!
Please tell me how to assign the heights of numbers.
 And considering the point that they may be equal.

Hi,

by your model im assuming you are looking for the Z position of your points ( you can change that); if you extract that value from your points then you can create sets to identify the pairs.
