how to record rhino model movement?

You can use an inbuilt animate option of sliders. Just right click a slider and you'll see "Animate" there. Rest is self-explanatory.

CamStudio works well for me :) It is a screen-grabbing program which records what you see on your screen.

This is my workflow that produces good quality videos with reasonable file sizes. This is one recent example of a video I made of a Grasshopper/Rhino model.
