splitting problems

Is there any soultion for splitting a list into more than two sub list?
I can wire some "split list" component after each other and that can be a solution, but it's static and not dynamic, so when i change the length of a list, i have to add more "split" which is..brrr, an ugly solution.
So what I need is an interval for example i've got 20 points in the list and want to make 5 pathes for interpolate curves. Then i show an interval (1...4) and the result is:
(1,2,3,4) , (5,6,7,8) , (9,10,11,12) , (13,14,15,16) , (17,18,19,20)
