You do realise McNeel & Associates is an actual business that has to pay its employees right? The money needed to pay these employees (including me) is provided by people who buy Rhino.

If you own a license of Rhino already, there's a period when upgrading is much cheaper than buying a brand new license, but for Rhino5 that period has long since expired. I do not know whether there will be an offer for a cheaper Rhino6 upgrade for Rhino4 owners.

If you have student or teacher ID, you can get an educational version of Rhino, which is only 195 euros, and may be cheaper still through a German reseller.

Ok... I did not have a license. I still have no license.

Now I had Rhino and Grasshopper working on fine since adges (about one and a half years now). Today I am doing the installation of Rhino 5.

So it's over I think. After 90 days from today.

I have just stopped the download. So it's over now. Fine. I would have paid, if I have had it. The delicious money.

Ok, we'll be here when your financial situation allows you to pay for the tools you use.
