algorithmic modeling for Rhino

plotting bar graphs in GH

Hello

I am trying to plot a graph (bar chart) in GH with both X and Y values input by the user, and the final colored bar chart, with colors dependent on the Y value.

Its more like an Excel chart but plotted in GH using some GH tools.

How can this be achieved ?
